Our FSA register number is 311306 Our permitted business is arranging general insurance contracts.

What Products do we offer?
We offer products from a range of insurers. You may ask us for a list of the insurers that we offer products from. 

What service will we provide you with?
We we advise you and make a recommendation on insurance products after we have assessed your insurance needs. If we are unable to meet any of your demands or needs, we will advise you. If we are unable to offer a recommendation based on  “Fair Analysis” we will inform you. Please note we believe the products we sell are competitively priced, however we are unable to guarantee that our products are the cheapest on the market. 

What will you have to pay for our services?
In the majority of cases, we receive a commission from the insurer that we place your business with. We may also charge you a fee. We will always tell you  of any fee charged separated from your product price prior  to you committing to any contract of insurance with us. We will also provide with our current terms of business agreement.

What to do if you have a complaint against Archway Insurance Brokers.

You may also complain by telephone. Please telephone 0844 448 0001 and request to speak to the customer services manager.

If we cannot settle you complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Services Ombudsman Service. Full details are provided in our terms of business.
